Trinidad and Tobago has endorsed a plan to harness the untapped potential of the Sun, the news came during an address by Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley who spoke at the Climate Change summit yesterday in Glasgow. He says urgent action is needed to address climate change in this decade.
